Community Safety
The Sonstraal Heights Neighbourhood Watch (SHNW) is a dedicated group of volunteers working tirelessly to keep our streets safe. Through regular patrols, active communication, and community cooperation, we maintain a secure environment for all residents.
The Camera Project
Our expansive camera network is critical to our success. We need a lot more cameras to achieve our goal of full coverage. Every street and corner must be covered to keep everyone safe.

Providing care for 144 children aged 2–18. They rely on community support and operate a popular charity shop open to the public.

Focused on education through an Independent Grade R school and literacy centre in the nearby community.
Lucky Lucy Foundation
Pro-Quality of Life organisation that tries to relieve the plight of severely neglected and abused domestic animals. We have a fully functional sterilisation clinic on the premises offering the services of ethical veterinary surgeons from practices nearby. We also educate to overcome ignorance, which promotes accountability and responsibility.

Feral Cat Project
This project is committed to promoting the welfare of Feral Cats. The main focus of the Feral Cat Project is Trap−Neuter−Return (TNR). We run a successful sterilization clinic on a Thursday where we sterilize 60-80 cats/day. In addition, we run a feeding program. Cat colonies across the Cape Town area receive assistance from the project. Food is provided, as well as assistance when feral cats show signs of illness.

Ingamu Foundation
